Roadworks closure N57

In the coming period, Rijkswaterstaat has planned work on several sliding cylinders of the Stormvloedkering. On the dates 30 April, 2 May, 6 May and 8 May, four sliding cylinders will be lifted from the Stormvloedkering using a telescopic crane and loaded onto a low-loader. These sliding cylinders will then be transported to a renovation site elsewhere. This may cause a minor traffic disruption to your visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans of about 30 minutes. The work may take place on this day between 09.00 and 15.00. Rijkswaterstaat will try to inform us in good time, no later than three days in advance, about the exact times of the works. Should we have more information at our disposal we will post it below. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Update

Work on Thursday 2 May is expected to take place in the morning. Deltapark Neeltje Jans is therefore expected to be inaccessible for 30 minutes in the morning somewhere between 09.15 and 11.30.
